Sales Policy

TERRISA has developed a transparent and flexible sales policy, designed to provide tailored benefits and value to each customer segment:

1. Exclusive distribution agents
Customers who are exclusive distribution agents of TERRISA products are entitled to special policies, announced periodically and tailored to the market.

2. Wholesale customers buying by carton for retail
Wholesale customers purchasing by carton receive preferential policies for each type of fruit, applied according to the published price and current promotional programs for each batch.

3. Retail customers buying full cartons for gifts or family use
Retail customers purchasing full cartons are eligible for special incentives, in addition to TERRISA’s current promotional policies.

4. Loyal customers
The loyalty program is currently under development and will be launched soon. TERRISA plans to offer exclusive benefits, appreciation gifts, and attractive promotional programs at each stage.
TERRISA will officially announce this policy on its communication platforms (Website, Fanpage, Zalo) as soon as it is implemented.
